Peanut butter biscuits have always been popular. I remember having these as a kid in my lunchbox. I have to admit I don’t make them as much as I used to because they aren’t lunchbox friendly. When I do make them the kids are thrilled. They are massive peanut butter lovers.
With a handful of ingredients my version – Peanut Butter Choc Chip Biscuits – are sure to please. Delicious and budget friendly. These are so easy and great to whip up before someone pops over for coffee (just make sure they aren’t allergic!).
